Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager
Location: Remote
Division: Revenue
About Us:
Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) (Nasdaq: QUBT) is an innovative, integrated photonics company that provides accessible and affordable quantum machines to the world today. QCi products are designed to operate at room temperature and low power at an affordable cost. The Company’s portfolio of core technology and products offer unique capabilities in the areas of high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, cyber security as well as remote sensing applications.
Scope of the Job:
Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) is seeking its first Sales Enablement Manager to build our sales enablement function from the ground up. As we refine our brand, product story, and approach to selling, this person will help our sellers clearly explain who we are, what we offer, the customer problems we solve, and how to sell our solutions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can set priorities and create the content and training to deliver them. Working closely with Revenue Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and technical experts, you will investigate gaps, bring the right people together, and turn complex information into practical sales resources. You should be comfortable asking difficult questions, constructively challenging assumptions, and following through to get the information and decisions sellers need.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a practical sales enablement roadmap and playbook, prioritizing the most urgent seller needs with Revenue Leadership.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training covering company and product knowledge, customer use cases, discovery, qualification, demos, and value conversations. Use practice and feedback to assess seller readiness.
- Create and maintain sales presentations, product and use case guides, discovery questions, objection handling, and competitive battle cards. Organize approved resources so sellers can easily find current materials.
- Learn QCi’s products, subsidiaries, target customers, and selling motions through interviews with experts, sales conversations, and existing materials. Partner with Marketing to translate the evolving brand and positioning into clear sales messaging, validated by Product and technical teams.
- Support product launches with seller training, messaging, FAQs, and sales tools. Surface unclear product scope, capabilities, availability, or claims and drive follow-up with the accountable owners before communicating them to sellers.
- Measure adoption, knowledge and skill development, and seller feedback. Partner with Sales Operations and sales leaders to assess business impact and improve programs.
- Coordinate subject matter experts, clarify owners and deadlines, and escalate unresolved dependencies with a clear recommendation. Product and leadership retain ownership of product definition and commercial readiness; Marketing retains ownership of brand and positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, product marketing, sales training, or a related commercial role, with direct ownership of enablement deliverables. Equivalent experience demonstrating the capabilities below will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience building an enablement program, playbook, or onboarding approach from an early stage, including personally creating materials and delivering training.
- Strong writing, facilitation, and project management skills, with the ability to turn complex technical information into clear, accurate customer value and practical sales guidance.
- Ability to work independently amid incomplete information, influence stakeholders without formal authority, ask probing questions, and persist constructively to secure input and resolve blockers. Strong commercial curiosity and the ability to understand customer needs, buying processes, and how sellers move opportunities forward
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting B2B technology or complex technical sales. Exposure to quantum, photonics, semiconductors, AI, or other deep technology is helpful; prior quantum expertise is not required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and practical approaches to organizing and maintaining enablement content.
- Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams in an organization with evolving products or multiple selling motions.
