Position Description 

QCi is seeking a senior program manager to oversee the selection, design, development and implementation of industrial automation systems for Manufacturing Operations Monitoring (MOM). The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of and hands on experience deploying and maintaining Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) systems. The ideal candidate will have several years of process development experience in etching (chemical etch, plasma etch, ion beam etch), deposition (electron beam evaporation, sputtering), lithography (photolithography, electron beam lithography) and metrology (SEM, AFM, TEM, stylus profilometry, white light interferometry).

• Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes of thin film lithium niobate photonic integrated circuits 
• Drive process integration and improvement initiatives to enhance device performance and yield.
• Work closely with the process team in the cleanroom to optimize associated metrology measurements in the fabrication flow of TFLN chips
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the manufacturing organization, including the design and measurement teams to deliver high quality photonic integrated circuits.

• Closely work with engineering teams to review the product specification and design of chassis mechanical, thermal, system architecture to enable competitive, high quality server chassis products

Position Description 

QCi is seeking a quality control engineer to work with its quantum machines manufacturing team. The Quality Engineer (QE) develops and maintains quality control plans to ensure the products meet required internal or external specifications.  This includes designing test plans, defining inspection criteria, performing audits and evaluating production quality.  Assist, as directed in meeting department goals and objectives as established by Management. This position will be responsible for supporting different teams such as Optical, Mechanical, Electrical in development of system architecture assembly and test plans

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify process inefficiencies by performing process audits and lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company by using Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing or Kaizen practices.  
• Ensures the company operations comply with the international standards i.e. ISO9001 industry regulations and customer specific requirements.  This includes performing internal audits, participating in certification processes and managing the sites nonconforming product and corrective/preventative actions systems.
• Ongoing Quality Monitoring
• Analyze internal performance metrics (PPM, OTD, escapes, COPQ).
• Lead corrective action activities (SCARs, 8D, RCCA).
• Support containment and root cause investigations related to:
• Optical performance failures (MTF, transmission, surface defects)
• Alignment or tolerance stack-up issues
• Cleanliness / contamination concerns
• Risk & Reliability Management
• Assess process risks related to:
• Precision alignment
• Participate in reliability testing and environmental validation reviews.
• Reviews and approves change management process for product and suppliers
• Implement supplier improvement plans.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, and process capability improvement (Cp/Cpk).
• Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising optical performance or reliability

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Optical, Electrical, Materials, or related discipline).
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality or Supplier Engineering.
• Experience in photonics, optics, laser systems, or high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of the entire Product Development Lifecycle starting from Concept to Launch of Product in the market.
• In depth knowledge of System requirements, system level integration, Assembly and test plans for components as well as system

• Demonstrated competency with GD&T Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• 7+ years of experience in Quality or Supplier Engineering.

QCi is seeking an experienced IT compliance analyst to ensure the processes and associated controls for the compliance frameworks are designed, managed, and assessed for effectiveness to reduce overall compliance risk across the organization. This includes performing continuous monitoring and driving audit actions to ensure adherence to the in-scope compliance frameworks. The IT Compliance Analyst will liaise closely with key stakeholders to ensure full alignment on all IT regulatory compliance issues and be the primary subject matter expert, leading assigned audit program(s). In addition to this, they will establish a comprehensive understanding of the organization audit and compliance programs (i.e., SOX, PCI, ISO 27001, SOC 2, CMMC, etc.).

Duties and Responsibilities

● IT Security Risk and Privacy Assessments - Assess, document, and report on existing security / privacy controls, risks & exceptions in support of regulatory compliance frameworks. Coordinate with control owners, systems owners, and business owners to address control weaknesses and noncompliance

● Audit Support – Scoping audits, scheduling activities, leading calls, coordinating and fulfilling document request lists, leading walkthroughs, and other audit tasks as appropriate.
