Scope of the Job:

QCi is seeking an Integration Technician to support our Integration Engineering team. This hands-on role focuses on semiconductor manufacturing, wafer processing, metrology, inspections, and data collection within a cleanroom environment.

Shift Schedule: First Shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)


Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Perform metrology, inspections, measurements, and wafer characterization.
  • Operate semiconductor manufacturing and metrology equipment.
  • Support engineers with process development, experiments, and qualification activities.
  • Monitor wafer processing and document process parameters and results.
  • Collect, analyze, and report manufacturing and process data.
  • Maintain accurate production records and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues and escalate when needed.
  • Support equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Follow cleanroom, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to meet project goals. 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Associate degree in Semiconductor Technology, Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Candidates without a degree should have 2+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, fabrication, metrology, or related experience.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of one or more of the following:

  • Metrology
  • Photolithography
  • Etch
  • Deposition
  • Bonding

  • AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy)
  • Optical Microscopy

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work primarily in a fully gowned cleanroom environment.
  • Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, face shields, and steel-toe shoes.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Handle wafers, tools, and manufacturing equipment daily.
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
